1st SEPT 2019 PLAN
Minis Training - 9:15-10:45am
Please note the earlier start times.
MINIS training will start and finish 15mins earlier on the 1st Sept 19, 9:15-10:45 to accommodate the start of the Academy Event at 11am. Minis will follow week 1 of the pitch rota schedule. Pitches should be cleared asap after training to allow for Academy event preparation.
Academy Event 11:00 - 3pm
Once Mini have completed we will use the attached pitch Academy plan to commence the competition. The games will be played on Pitches 1 & 3. We're aiming to complete around 2-3pm. There will be a BBQ, Bar open and a Cup and Shield presentation.
Car Parking: Minis will be allowed to use the club house car park until full. Academy event participants will be directed to park at the Priory car parks - We will have a marshal at the club directing cars to the priory.
Myself, Geoff Stringer and other volunteers will be at the club early to help set up and support during the course of the day so we'll be available to help with anything further.
We'll have a BBQ and the bar will be open for the Academy event so if you're available please come and watch, support and enjoy the day with us.
