The U16s play in Herts Middlesex Junior Leagues U16s Division 2 and County Cup competitions, as well as friendlies around the region.

Training is at Hitchin Rugby Football Club every Tuesday evening at 7pm to 8.30pm, and Sunday's 10:30am to 12:30pm when there are no matches.
