Team Talk
On Sunday 16th Nov, Hitchin Under 7's took 3 teams down to Welwyn for an away fixture.
The coaching team thought everyone did really well, some great tag rugby was played, with lots of tries, improved tagging following our practice sessions, and some lovely pre match games played with Welwyn.
The nice weather also helped the kids enjoyment of the day.

Team 1 Geoff's:

Match 1: W 8-5 tries from Ethan 3, Sam 2, Teddy 3
Match 2: D 5-5 tries from Ethan 3, Sam 2
Match 3: D 6-6 tries from Ethan 4, Eddie 1, Teddy 1
Some great tag rugby was played by Team 1, with lots of fantastic tries, support play was very good and the tagging was greatly improved by all. A lovely all round team effort by Team 1 today.

Match 3: L 3-4 tries from Jake 2, Charlotte 1
Reports back indicated that another great team effort allowing one man to get all the tries , with again tagging improved .

Match 2: L 5-8 tries from Ewan 2, Jack 2, Thomas 1, Oliver 1
Match 3: W 10-8 tries from Ewan 5, Oliver 2, Jack 2, Thomas 1
Another really good team effort with everyone sharing the tries out, special mention for the effort to win Match 3 with only 3 players against 5.
